- Use the Service to capture or distribute sensitive personal data without proper authorisation
6. Free and Paid Plans
Docupaths currently offers free early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future with additional features such as team workspaces, custom branding, and integrations. We will notify you of any pricing changes in advance. Free plan features may be modified as we develop the product.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Docupaths Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
